DIAGNÓSTICO Y CONTROL DE HONGOS FITOPATÓGENOS EN EL LISIANTHUS (EUSTOMA GRANDIFLORUM)

Resumen

En Yucatán, México, la producción de Eustoma grandiflorum es afectada por hongos fitopatógenos que inducen síntomas en hojas y flores sin que se conozcan los agentes causales. El objetivo del presente estudio fue realizar un diagnóstico de especies de hongos fitopatógenos en la parte aérea del cultivo y su control in vitro con dos fungicidas, uno químico sintético y otro de origen biológico; imazali y Bacillus subtillis, respectivamente. Se aislaron e identificaron molecularmente cuatro especies: Alternaria alternata, Curvularia lunata, Helminthosporium speciferum, las cuales se asociaron con tizones en follaje y Fusarium equiseti, con pudriciones en inflorescencias. En los cuatro hongos el imazalil fue efectivo al 100 % en dosis de 0,5;1,0 y 1,5 mL • L-1, mientras que la efectividad de B. subtillis estuvo en el rango del 87 al 100 % en dosis del 3, 4 y 5 g • L-1.
