Establishment of Trichoderma spp. in organic substrates used in posture houses of Green House technology
Main Article Content
Abstract
I made a study with two organic substrates (Coconut fiber and coco-nut-peat), with the purpose to analyze the establishment of Trichoderma spp.in this organic substrates. In this study I used two commercial strains of Trichoderma: A-34 y TS-3, which it was inoculated into Petri dish it with 5 g of each of the organic substrates and they were incubated for ten days. Both strains established in two substrates, being the A-34 the one of greater development, mainly in peat-coconut.
