Abstract

Under in vitro conditions, they were evaluated 14 filtrates native strains of Trichoderma spp. against the second stage juveniles (J2) of M. incognita, highlighting the Th43-14 (T. harzianum) isolated from the rhizosphere soil without agricultural use in the state of Yucatan, Mexico, with 100 % mortality at 24 hours exposure. In protected conditions in S. lycopersicum plants control M. incognita inoculation with 1 x 106 spores/mL of this strain and a commercial control (Fithán), significantly reduced nematode reproduction relative to the control without a fungal inoculants 86.94 and

42.00 % in the number of eggs per g of root and blended in 90.17 and 90.58% in the number of females per root dyed g, respectively. Also they decreased the intensity of nematode damage in 78.10 and 75.44 % in the galling. Native strains of T. harzianum (Th43-14) induced significant increases of 28.13 % in height and 41.16 % gain in total dry biomass, compared to the control without the application of fungus.
