Características de la colindancia de cultivos en tres sistemas agrícolas convencionales y su relación con la incidencia de insectos nocivos y reguladores naturales

Abstract
Crops boundary was studied in 23 representative fields of corn, pumpkin (spring), potato and bean (cold), in municipalities Güira de Melelena (Artemisa province), Güines and Jaruco (Mayabeque province), in order to determine the incidence of noxious phytophagous insects and predators, as well as their relationship with management of boundary on their diversity and affinity. Insects evaluated in the three territories were Spodoptera frugiperda, Diaphania hyalinata and Thrips palmi, predators were Chrysopa spp., Coleomegilla cubensis, Orius insidiosus, Franklinthrips vespiformis, Zelus longipes, spiders morfoespecies (Aranae) and sirfids (Diptera). Type 3 boundary prevailed in the three agricultural systems studied (64 % of the adjacent fields with three sides of different cultivations) and type e (44.4 % of adjacent fields with two sides similar to the evaluated field cultivation). Güira de Melena and Güines fields were more diverse, and Güines and Jaruco have less affinity. Related to time of seeding practically were not differences in the diversity and affinity of the boundary. Fields of more affinity with boundary (two and one adjacent field of the same cultivation) showed the biggest phytophagous indexes, but effect of the biggest diversity was not appreciated. None relationship were found for predators in both boundary types. In the three agricultural systems evaluated the fields of more diversity and smaller likeness prevail.
