Colección entomológica Juan C. Gundlach: superfamilia Tenebrionoidea (Insecta: Coleoptera)

Abstract
The entomological collection Juan C. Gundlach, deposited at the Institute of Ecology and Systematics has an enormous scientific and historical value. The present paper gives information on the volume and taxonomic composition of the superfamily Tenebrionoidea present in this collection; it contains 170 specimens and 80 species included in 12 families of this superfamily. There are not specimens deposited in this collection for Melandryidae, Mycteridae, Salpingidae and Aderidae families. Data about localities, date of collecting, habitat and host plant are included for some species.
