Algunos aspectos bioetológicos de Peregrinus maidis ashmead (homoptera: delphacidae) en la zona norte de la provincia de Las Tunas, Cuba
Main Article Content
Abstract
Population behaviour of Peregrinus maidis Ashmead (Homoptera: Delphacidae) was studied during nine years, in the spring and cold campaigns, on two corn experimental fields sowed with Hybrid variety, in the north zone of Las Tunas province. The biggest infective index of the pest took place in the spring campaign and their higher values coincided with highest temperatures with tendency to increment population index in each one of the investigation periods. Macropter individuals presented a bigger dispersion and activity in the plants.
