Actividad antifúngica in vitro de extractos de navisporus floccosus y ganoderma sp. Contra hongos fitopatógenos

Abstract
Basidiomycete fungi produce some bioactive compounds with antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal activities. This capacity has facilitated their use in agriculture and medicine, recently. Antifungal activity evaluation of Navisporus floccosus (Bres), Ryvarden and Ganoderma sp. extracts against Phytophthora nicotianae Breda de Haan and Curvularia clavata B. L. Jain was the purpose of this work. Basidiomycete fungi were grown on YMPG liquid media and were shaken to 100 rpm at 28 ºC for 21 days. The culture was separated filtration, biomass was extracted with methanol and filtrate was extracted with ethyl acetate. Both extracts were concentrated to dry and the antifungal activity was evaluated in residuals. Filtrated extracts at 5 mg × mL–1 inhibited the mycelial growth of phytopathogenic fungi and conidial germination of C. clavata with similar values of positive control tebuconazole and dimethomorph at 0.05 mg × mL–1.
